Since my being at Mercy ( Mercy Housing - 435 Joseph E Lowery Blvd SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 ) this is the 5th Manager Team in 3 1/2 years .
Mercy may qualify as a Slumlord operation ( largest Privatized Public Housing Group in America ) of which just received $45 millions from PNC Bank , Truist Bank and others .
That so called inspection with over 100 fails was in my opinion a set up & joke because. To my knowledge they did not talk to any tenants
1. Several tenants were moved because of severe water damage - I know of 2 people they moved because their ceiling fell in on them.
2. Danielle (prior mgr) and Area Manager ( Brooke ) witnessed my refrigerator of which I begged for replacement for 3 yrs - top freezes bottom doesn't do anything - so I freeze bottles of water and Gel Packs to keep the bottom cool - I just saved my money and bought 3 small refrigerators to take up the slack. Told Supply chain issues.
3. I've had $4000 worth of laptops stolen because maintenance screwed up my door and left it unlocked
4. Covid 19 is excuse for access denied and doors locked ; such rooms as - TV - Computer - Library - Exercise - 1st Floor Bathrooms ( of which I've Personally seen 3 people Defecate(Poop) on themselves in the elevator and there are more .
5. We pay $1000 per month yet treated like prisoners
6. The Partners - Sponsors - Donors and Representatives need to talk to us not management

7. I had accident of which Grady charged $47,000 - I didn't want to go to Grady ( security made me ) if we don't do what Security tells us - grounds to get put out.
Mercy refuse to provide me with Incident letter yet every chance they get they make up reports with lies and threats to put me out.
8. I caught management cheating people - many people can't read or write and mgmt scares the hell out of them with the threat of putting them out -
9. " Man dies in trash chute at Retirement Community " this was murder not suicide - he hit the number and also received monthly money - too big for chute unless wrapped up - Google it
10. in one month 1/2 period about 11 - 13 people died - not from Covid - Not one Onsite Defibrillator On Site - may have saved them all .

These old People are scared of getting put out for any made up excuse - They made up rules - like they made up a lie telling me no two cars yet nothing in the rules saying such - just a rule for me - But Loan shark paid his way and they made me park on street - got my catalytic converter stolen.
12. Many many obstacles on property I sent over 50 photos to Code enforcement with not one communication back - most people are on cane , walker or wheelchair property yields many falls people too scared to talk or make reports
